The CIA has been watching UBF since at least the late 90s and still do to this day. They have a classified file on UBF:
August 14, 2002 F-2002-01385 SAMUEL LEE AKA CHANG WOO LEE; THE UNIVERSITY BIBLE FELLOWSHIP IN CHICAGO IL.
It's on page 31 (page 122) in the pdf file.
I have recently made a FOIA request to have such intel declassified. Here is my FOIA request and an update to it.
