Apostle as well as the sect commissioner of the Protestant church in the Rhineland, Andrew Schäfer, have observed that it has become quiet to Chang since reporting: "abnormalities have not been observed according to known reports in the same way," says Schäfer. "If that's true, that's a good thing." The Youth Welfare Office and the municipal educators have also found nothing abnormal in children of UBFlern more, confirms the Press Office.
A former member who had reported to the GA on authoritarian practices of the "Servant of God" (Chang about himself) suspects that the UBF headquarters in Chicago "made sure that the Bonn UBF comes out of the crossfire of criticism."
Witnesses had reported to the prosecutor that Chang chastised adult members only after their consent with sticks to the hand: "They spoke of voluntary penance," said Apostle. Twice that was probably done involuntarily. However, these cases are just as barred as the case of a boy, the Chang should have struck in 1995 for four hours on the feet.
Other cases of pedophilia, according to the apostles, are as dubious as the online allegations of sexual assault on female members.
